Initial Consultation Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the one-time initial consultation session between Vinod Kumar Velappan, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), license #R708804, representing AMOVAI Immigration Inc., located at 175 Willow Park Drive, Brampton, Ontario, Canada L6R 2N1, and the Client whose signature appears below. The consultation shall not exceed 30 minutes.

Vinod Kumar Velappan is in good standing as a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the "College"), the regulatory body responsible for overseeing the conduct of RCICs.

The purpose of the initial consultation is to assess the Client’s individual circumstances and immigration needs based on the information provided.

The Client acknowledges that a fee of CAD 100.00 is required before the consultation begins. Payment must be made through the payment button below and received by the RCIC at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. If the Client wishes to retain the RCIC’s services beyond the initial consultation, a separate service agreement will be signed.

In the event the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the consultation, they must notify the RCIC by email at info@amovaiimmigration.com at least 24 hours (EST) prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client understands that fees for missed appointments are non-refundable. However, the Client may reschedule the consultation once without incurring additional charges; thereafter, the consultation fee will be non-refundable. The consultation fee is non-refundable once the session with the RCIC has been completed.

The consultation will be conducted via online communication channels.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Confidentiality and Acknowledgment

All information and documentation provided to the RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) will be kept strictly confidential, unless the Client provides authorization or disclosure is required by applicable law. The consultation provided by the RCIC is valid only at the time of the session and is based on the accuracy of the information given by the Client.

By signing this agreement and making the payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Initial Consultation Agreement.
