Initial Consultation Agreement
The Initial Consultation Agreement delineates the terms and conditions governing the initial consultation session between Vinod Kumar Velappan, designated as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) under license #R708804, representing AMOVAI Immigration Inc, situated at 175 Willow Park Drive, Brampton, Ontario, Canada L6R 2N1, and the Client whose signature appears below, for a duration not exceeding 30 minutes. It is hereby noted that Vinod Kumar Velappan maintains good standing as a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (referred to herein as the "College"), the regulatory body overseeing the conduct of RCICs.
The objective of the initial consultation is to acquire an understanding of Client individual circumstances and immigration requirements through the information shared.
Client understands that the fee of CAD 100.00 is due prior to the initiation of the consultation and can be remitted using the payment button provided below. Payment must be received by RCIC at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time. Should the client decide to retain RCIC's services beyond the initial consultation, a new service agreement will be executed accordingly. If Client need to cancel or reschedule his / her consultation, they should notify RCIC via email at info@amovaiimmigration.com at least 24 hours (EST) before the appointed time. Client understand that the fees for missed appointments are non-refundable. However, the Client is entitled to reschedule consultation once without incurring any additional charges after which the consultation fees are non-refundable.The consultation will be conducted through online communication channels.
This Agreement is subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
All information and documentation disclosed to the RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) shall be treated as strictly confidential, except when authorized by the Client or as necessitated by applicable law. The consultation provided by the RCIC is deemed valid at the time of consultation and is based upon the accuracy of the information supplied to the RCIC.
By affixing their signature to this agreement and remitting payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this Initial Consultation Agreement.
